The Mansion at Mountain Lakes in New Jersey was the perfect venue for Megan’s elegant gender-neutral baby shower! Every little detail was carefully thought out and planned to honor Megan and this sweet little baby, and for the guests to enjoy.

When I photographed Megan’s sister Heather’s bridal shower earlier in the year, I was able to get to know their family, and it was an honor to work with them again! It’s quickly obvious how much they all love and value each other. They’re all such sweethearts, and this baby is SO very loved! You’ll see in the photos!

Since Megan would not find out the gender of the baby until the birth, she had the most beautiful gender-neutral baby shower I’ve ever seen! This blog is full of gender-neutral baby shower inspiration! They played games like “How Big is Mommy’s Belly,” a “Mommy or Daddy” guessing game, “Name Baby Z,” and of course a “Guess the Gender” game. There was also a bee theme, which included honey wands and honey jars for the guests to keep. And oh, the food! The food was to die for. There was a gorgeous cake, pink and blue baby cookies, personalized candies, and plenty of savory food.

I can’t recommend the Mansion at Mountain Lakes, as well as their catering services, enough for special events! As you’ll see, the venue is timeless, elegant, and spacious. The large fireplace gives your event a cozy and inviting feel, and makes for a beautiful backdrop.
