Magical Rockefeller Center Proposal
This Rockefeller Center proposal gives me all the holiday feels! Eric and I came to this spot the night before his proposal, and while it wasn’t very lit up, it was quiet and beautiful. Little did we know, the next night it would be decorated with angels and lights overlooking the Saks Holiday Light Show and make for such a magical proposal! Emily said yes!!
How He Asked
Rockefeller Center is truly the center of the holidays in New York City. On the night of Eric’s proposal to Emily, there was a huge crowd taking photos! Eric led Emily to the spot he had selected for their perfect NYC holiday proposal. They asked a stranger for a quick photo, and I snapped one from the crowd as well! After Emily got her cell phone back from the kind stranger, she looked up from checking the photo to see Eric down on one knee! Emily was sooo surprised! She excitedly said yes and they shared the sweetest kiss! And look at that ring! Eric did good, right??
Capturing the Proposal
I know Emily from our time together at Brooklyn College! We met in a Genetics class and found ourselves in the same circle of friends very quickly. On the day of the proposal, I put a big hat on my head covering all of my hair and a scarf around half my face so she wouldn’t recognize me! I’m sooo happy I could have been there and was one of the first to know after their families, who Eric had told beforehand!
Planning the Perfect NYC Proposal
Eric did such an amazing job planning his proposal to Emily. He asked me to meet at Rockefeller Center the night before to help choose the perfect spot! He said all the sweetest things about her and I was so happy to play a part in capturing their love story! Eric proposed on his own birthday, just before Christmas. It was the perfect plan since Eric knew they’d be going out to celebrate and Emily would be dressed up! She, of course, always looks amazing and stylish!
Sweetest Love Story
Emily and Eric have been together for over 10 years! You could say this was a long time coming! Emily is a nurse and super sweet. Eric is so wonderful and I couldn’t be happier that they are spending the rest of their lives together!
Romantic Rockefeller Center Proposal
I loved every moment of Emily and Eric’s holiday proposal! Rockefeller Center is one of my favorite places to propose in NYC, especially during the holidays! The twinkling lights are so romantic and there’s so much joy in the air. You can even propose right on the ice rink!
